Huge evening or show coat in Cockerel feather attributed to Hubert de Givenchy and dating from the late 1960s. Work of designer house Lemarié in Paris, famous plumassier who worked for the Haute Couture and the Showbiz. Large long-sleeved crew-neck coat, fully embroidered by superposition with iridescent rooster feathers. Background and lining in black tulle and front closure with hooks. Without label but attribution very likely to Hubert Givenchy who was specialized in the work of the feather in the years 1960 and 1970 thanks to his repeated collaboration with the famous Plumassier Parisian, the house designer Lemarié. Assembly and embroidery sewing entirely by hand.Very good condition of color and conservation.
