Evening dress in orange silk crepe by Loris Azzaro Haute Couture and dating from the 1990s. Sleeveless dress with thin straps and large cleavage. High-waisted bustier with pleated work by crossed tabs highlighting the chest. Large skirt in bouillonné hang on the front in matching muslin and under-skirt in Duchesse silk satin. Large skirt background allowing a nice fluidity. Lining of the bustier with hand finishing in orange taffeta. Closure of the dress on the back by zip and hook. The dress is sold with a huge matching scarf shawl in orange silk crepe. Label white background black graphics Loris Azzaro Paris Made in France and noted manuscript A.S.P. T.42 A.M.S. Here, Loris Azzaro is inspired by the neoclassical dresses fashioned after the war by the house designer Grès, Carven and Jean Dessès. Very clean dress and excellent condition of color and conservation.
