Skin-tight chinese dress called qipao or cheongsam in sky-blue and straw-yellow silk damask dating from the years 1950/1960. Damask sky-blue satin background with large stylized flowers, peonies and / or chrysanthemums (?) in shades of cream and straw-yellow depending on the light. High and narrow Mandarin collar, 3/4 sleeves and skirt split to the knees. Front closure with snaps from the armpit to the neck and a zip under the armpit. Lining in straw-yellow silk pongee. No label, entirely sewn by hand. Excellent condition of color and conservation.
