Elegant evening coat in black woollen crepe with geometric and openwork motifs around the edges, signed with the Royal Eagle, a fashion house in Blois. Very fluid coat or dress, long sleeves and front fastening with a patent brass buckle, recalling the 1930s craze for Egyptomania. Lined in black Duchesse satin, this coat has probably been re-dyed in black. No defects. Very good condition of colour and conservation.
