Originally from Turin, Popy Moreni presented fashion shows between 1979 and 1999, all respecting the same scenic principle. Season after season, a theater curtain conceals a backdrop from which emerge the metamorphosed models. A music of Nino Rota concludes each presentation. Adept of all the disguises to which they submit to the liking of the invitation cards which sublimate her in the costumes of a Queen Christine or the stripes of a Picasso, Popy Moreni introduces the pomp, the delirious, the baroque in the fashion. Her accessory is the ruff, which she declines in all materials and colors, the "commedia dell'arte" is her constant inspiration, the circus her favorite territory (Source MAD Paris).
