An unidentified haute couture jewel-buttoned formal coat dating from the early 1960s. Double-breasted at the front with folded panels, long raglan sleeves, skirted effect by side pleats. Back in white silk satin with silver lamé stripes. Closes at the front with six taffeta-covered press studs and six large pearl and rhinestone jewel buttons. A frock coat effect at the back, with a large box pleat allowing the coat to be skirted. White nylon lining with scratch marks on the collar. Clean and undamaged despite a very slight patina due to its age and a few pinholes on the sleeves and forearms. Good overall condition in terms of colour and conservation.
Dimensions: Equivalent size 38-39 France. Shoulders 37 cm, waist 82 cm, sleeves 45 cm, chest 91 cm, height 97 cm, hips 102 cm.
