Autumnal Dévoré velvet and gold lamé dress Circa 1935
Beautiful long and flowing dress with autumnal devoured velvet on a gold and black lamé background dating from the 1930s. Straight and loose dress, with sleeveless bag cut and matelot collar folded over the shoulders. V-neck plunging behind highlighted by a bias of black faille with reminder at the armholes. Velvet devoured very fluid and supple cut in the bias and drawing ferns (?) in shades of green, pink, sepia, celadon in subtle shades of color. Dress without waist or side zipper, with large skittles unfolding in the skirt from the hips. No underdress. No defect to note. Very good condition of color and conservation.
Dimensions: Equivalent size 38-40 France. Height 132 cm, chest 92-96 cm, waist 90 cm, hips 100-106 cm.
