Free transportation

For each order on Vintage by Rosemaine, transportation is free in Colissimo insured and registered. Any other mode of transport chosen by the customer (Chronopost, DHL, Fedex ....) Will be paid and validated on estimate before shipping.

You can opt for free delivery anywhere in France, Europe and worldwide!

Delivery delay

Track your package will be insured by Colissimo

For France, it varies between 3 and 7 days on average. For European deliveries, the delivery time is between 5 and 7 days. For America and Asia count between 7 and 15 days.

Returns

Vintage by Rosemaine apply customer charter "Satisfied or Reimbursed"

You must notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your package to your wish to return part and its reimbursement. You then have a period of 14 days to return at your cost the room Rosemaine Villa, 436 Route de Plaisance 83200 Toulon France. Reimbursement will be made on the basis of the selling price with deduction of the actual cost of the shipment to go.
