Iconique Pair of Roger Vivier pumps for the American luxury market from the 70s. Fully covered with vermilion red silk satin and lined with white leather. Rounded ends decorated with a silver buckle covered with rhinestones. Argentinean heel of 8 cm with black heel. No fasteners, a strap at the back holds the shoe. Golden label inside the right shoe Designed by Roger Vivier Paris, and golden label inside the left shoe Saks Fifth Avenue. Handwritten inscription on the side of the shoes inside indicating 8 1/2 VS951W 4794 (to be checked). Excellent condition of color and conservation. As new (worn once?). An almost similar copy made the cover of Roger Vivier's famous book (see last photo).
