Rare Hermès square entitled "L'arrière Main" designed by Philippe Ledoux in the only edition dating from 1969. Printed silk twill with hand-rolled edges, which has kept a nice hold. Patterns depicting different uses of horses including post, hunting and racing. The Ledoux signature is on the bottom right, and Hermes in the middle. Photos taken in daylight. To note two tiny rings and a tiny hole (see last two photos), otherwise clean and probably little used. Good condition of colour and conservation. Collector's item.
