Long evening dress in black and white silk jersey by Loris Azzaro Couture, dating from the 1980s. Sleeveless peplum dress with a plunging V-neckline at the back and a zipper closure. The white skirt plays with two colors, featuring four long panels of black jersey, giving it a beautiful ease of movement. The waist is highlighted by a pleated belt, in the style of Maison Grès (whose silk jersey is very similar), then by rhinestone cabochons emphasizing the majesty of the bustier openings. No lining, except for the belt lined with nylon taffeta and a label indicating Loris Azzaro Paris Made in France. The silk jersey fabric is very slightly stretchy, and the dress has no stains or holes. Very good condition in terms of color and preservation.
