Blouse and skirt set from the Ballets Russes Collection by Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche dating from 1977. Red and black outfit with pompom fringes and Hispanic accents. A Russian type Blouse in black cotton with crepe effect, oval neckline and puffed sleeves with elasticated cuffs. Very large skirt in black taffeta, ruffled at the bottom, and vermilion-red cotton overskirt embellished with black tassels, zip and hook at the side. Dramatic tie-front belt in black velvet embellished with pompom trimmings and black laces with gold dots.  Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Made in France Paris label. No defects to report. Very good colour and condition.

Dimensions: Equivalent size 36-38 France. Blouse: shoulders 45 cm, chest 84 cm, waist 84 cm, height 64 cm, sleeves 51 cm. Skirt: waist 64 cm, hips 90 cm, height 98 cm, bottom of skirt 300 cm. Waist 72 cm.
