A Vintage Hermès silk Scarf entitled "Noble et Très Ancien Jeu de Golf" by Hugo Grygkar dating from the unique 1953 edition. Carré in printed flowing silk twill with hand-rolled edges in shades of blue, cream, red and blue. Patterns depict rural scenes from the first golf and country club games in the 18th century. This very rare and sought-after Carré d'Hermès is clean and has no holes, but unfortunately has red and blue migration halos due to washing (see flaws in last four photos). Fair condition. A very rare item for collectors only.
