Little navy blue and white linen sailor dress by Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture numbered 011709 and dating from the 1966-1967 period. Short, straight, sleeveless dress with a small Mao collar raised to a high waistline effect with navy and white stripes highlighting the bust. Square cut-out at the bottom of the hemline and zip concealed under a tab at the back, made in the same way as the dresses in the Mondrian collection in 1965. Lined in 100% silk pongee in navy for the skirt and cream for the bust, with the famous Yves Saint Laurent Paris Made in France label. Under the label is a very illegible printed satin label stating Kimberley n°II size 10. No flaws. Good colour and condition.
