Famous Hermès scarf entitled "La Réale" presented with its original box. Designed by Hugo Grygkar, the first edition dates from 1953, this is the second edition dating from 1990. Fluid printed silk twill with hand-rolled edges, retaining its original finish. The design depicts the prow of an eighteenth-century royal carriage ship with figures in period costume. The inscription Vue du carosse de la galère, la Réale can be read. Photos taken in daylight. No major defects to report apart from a few tiny marks (see last three photos), probably little used. Good condition in terms of colour and conservation.
