Little black dress and its bolero by Nina Ricci and signed Paris 55. Black stretch silk ottoman with parallel ribs allowing a tight fit and especially an interesting work of hollow pleats for the skirt. Fitted dress with three-quarter sleeves and pointed neckline applied with black velvet recalling the graphics of the Rouge Baiser by René Gruau. Matching small high-waisted bolero closed in front by two black resin buttons. The Paris 55 line by Nina Ricci, is part of the captivating attempts to democratize haute couture during the 1950s by many designers, before the advent of Ready to wear in the 1960s. No defects apart from a patina of use. Very good condition of color and conservation.
